RxParadigm Management Team
Joseph Brown, VP Business Development
Joseph’s professional experience includes over 22 years of Pharmaceutical
sales and marketing. Joe started his career with Glaxo SmithKline
where he served in several functions including Sales Management
and, National Accounts, including PBM experience at Diversified
Pharmaceutical Services.
Joe later moved to the bio-pharma sector with NitroMed Inc where
he severed as Director of Training and as Marketing Manager in several
areas of managed markets and governmental affairs. Joe’s experience
brought him to RxHope as VP of Business Development where he where
he initiated non-personnel promotional strategies for access of
manufacturer patient assistance programs and marketing.
Anthony P. Maris, VP of Business Development
Anthony's professional experience includes over 20 years of focused
sampling and patient assistance experience in the pharmaceutical
industry. In 1999, Anthony founded RxHope, Inc. a leading web-based
patient assistance web portal for the pharmaceutical industry and
served as President until 2007 when he co-founded RxParadigm, Inc.
Prior to 1999, Anthony worked in the areas of patient assistance,
sampling, telemarketing and medical information for several major
pharmaceutical companies including Knoll Pharmaceutical, Schering-Plough,
and Block Drug/Reed & Carnrick where he developed and managed
tele-detailing, sampling and PAP programs. Anthony is a frequent
lecturer and thought-leader in the area of patient assistance and
sampling.
Lorraine Keavany, Director of Operations
Lorraine’s professional experience includes over 22 years in sales,
training and senior management in the pharmaceutical and biotech
industries. Lorraine’s experience with Glaxo SmithKline and Amgen
has provided her with an in-depth knowledge of building sales teams,
launching new products, and increasing revenue. Additionally, Lorraine
has a broad working knowledge of complex disease states which include
many different physician specialties such as psychiatry, cardiology,
pulmonology, oncology, and nephrology.
Lorraine is an experienced facilitator for The Pacific Institute’s
Investment in Excellence seminars focusing on personal and professional
growth and she has earned her Certification as a Call Center Manager
from the College of Call Center Excellence through Purdue University.
Her course work has included such topics as Leadership and Strategy
Development, Effective Human Resources Planning and Management,
Customer Satisfaction and Effective Contact Handling, Workforce
Management and Reporting and Benchmarking.
Mike Larney, Director of Information Technology
Michael's information technology experience spans over 10 years.
Over the past 5 years, Michael was responsible for developing and
implementing the strategic direction of all information technology
systems for RxHope - a leading pharmaceutical web portal. Michael's
experience also includes management of local area computer networks,
telephone systems, voice, and data telecommunication systems, internet
and intranet systems.
Christine Maris, Senior Manager Call Center Operations
Christine's professional experience includes over 7 years of management
experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past 5 years,
she has developed several marketing programs for pharmaceutical
manufacturer’s patient assistance, sampling, and voucher programs.
Additionally, she managed the inbound and outbound call center at
RxHope and participated in Operations, Marketing, and Executive
Business Planning.
Christine graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelors degree
in Marketing and is currently working toward an MBA in Business Marketing. |
